Child and vulnerable adults protection policy
Oxford Archers believes that when dealing with young people, archers with disabilities and vulnerable adults, their welfare should always be of paramount importance. We are committed to providing an environment where these individuals can learn and participate in a sport free from harassment and abuse. All those people working with young people, archers with disabilities and vulnerable adults have a moral responsibility to safeguard and promote their welfare. This club has therefore adopted the GNAS Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy to ensure peace of mind for both adults and children. In addition to this, Oxford Archers also operates a policy of zero tolerance to bullying.
The Designated Officer for concerns or issues regarding protection of children and vulnerable adults is Paul Marshall. All matters relating to the protection of children and vulnerable adults will be treated confidentially.
